ENGRAVING POLICY

If you are unsure of this policy, please contact us before completing your order. Orders which do not have engraving specified on checkout will not qualify for engraving – unless arranged prior to checkout.
All engraving needs to be specified in the provided fields before adding items to the cart.
Engraving can be done in a printed or a cursive font. Kindly refer to examples throughout the website to confirm the font which you prefer. Unless otherwise specified, the cursive font will be used. The font size will differ depending on the item and the length of the word(s) to be engraved.
Items which qualify for free engraving will have the number of words* per item listed on the product page.
*A word may be described as the following:
- A non compound name
- Valid example: David
- Invalid example: Mary-Jane
- A general non compound word
- Valid example: Flawless
- Invalid example: Over-the-counter
- A date (formatted according to the space available on the product)
- A contact number
- Valid example: +27 12 345 6789
Additional words can be engraved at an extra cost – provided that there is enough space.
Certain items can have more than one word engraved on a single side – if space allows. If space doesn’t allow, words can be engraved on both sides.
There is no extra charge if you want the & sign between two names (eg John & Jess).
A heart can also be engraved at an additional cost (eg Jon <3 Jess – please refer to an example to confirm what the heart will look like).
Please be aware that engraving cannot be removed and will render your order invalid for return. It is therefore extremely important that you are sure about what you would like to have engraved and that the information is clearly stated before completing your order. As previously mentioned, if there is anything that you are unsure of, please contact us before completing your order.
